Leadership Network: Opportunities

LN | Leadership Communities

Leadership Communities are a proven process to help church leader teams achieve twice the results in half the time. Peer groups of 10-12 teams are formed to help dream, create and execute ideas into real action and tangible results. Leadership Communities are being formed in the following areas:

Global Connection Churches

The Global Connection Leadership Community will focus on breakthrough ideas of increasing missional effectiveness on both the going and receiving sides of missions in view of new global realities of mutuality, partnering, cities and business as mission. The ultimate goal and outcome of this LC is to accelerate the learning, knowledge and application of innovative approaches to global missions.

Leadership Development

Churches need leaders at all levels, serving in all areas of ministry, inside and outside the walls of the church. The Leadership Development Community groups address this critical need. Ministry leaders, together with Leadership Network’s team of facilitators and coaches, explore the various elements of leadership development while working toward achieving bold, new goals in leader development.

Rapid Growth Churches Leadership Community

Over the past several years a growing number of churches are experiencing what can only be described as rapid growth. This trend has been measured by a number of church observers and the research indicates that the fastest growing churches in America come from a variety of denominational and stylistic backgrounds. Leadership Network has always focused on innovative and effective churches, so it is natural that we are working with these growing churches. The Rapid Growth Churches Leadership Community helps these churches that are setting bold goals for future growth and assists them in developing solutions for the inherent challenges and opportunities that come with this growth.

University Ministry Leadership Community

For years churches have seen ministry to college students as something they “ought to” do because they happen to be located near a campus or in a city with a large population of college students. Recently, more innovative churches have realized how incredibly strategic it is to reach college students and mobilize them for ministry in their church, community and in the world. The University Ministry Leadership Community will accelerate the effectiveness of churches ministering to college students by identifying the most innovative models and strategies in this critical ministry area.
